At FCG we believe that a critical element in assisting companies obtain
their total funding requirements on a long term basis is the ability to provide
a broad breadth of deal structure over a period of time. To be able to do this,
FCG has developed on-going strategic affiliations with FINRA registered broker-dealers
who are able to assist us in providing this breadth of deal structure, while
simultaneously providing our clients with broader distribution capabilities through their various offices throughout the United States. Further, these affiliations
access investors to whom FCG presents investment opportunities to a greater level of
deal flow that extends beyond traditional domestic equity and debt markets.
Lastly, and importantly, these affiliations also assure compliance with FINRA
regulations, as FCG will only offer its clients' securities through a FINRA member
firm.
