At FCG we believe that a critical element in assisting companies obtain their total funding requirements on a long term basis is the ability to provide a broad breadth of deal structure over a period of time. To be able to do this, FCG has developed a strategic alliance with Alexander Dunham Securities, Inc., an NASD registered broker-dealer and private investment bank that provides this breadth of deal structure to our clients, while simultaneously providing them with broader distribution capabilities. Further, this alliance accesses investors to whom FCG presents its transactions to a greater level of deal flow that extends beyond traditional domestic equity and debt markets. Lastly, and importantly, this alliance also assures compliance with NASD regulations, as FCG will only offer its clients' securities through NASD member firms.
