   * FCG Venture Partners (a subsidiary of FCG) provides fund management services to Limited Partners of venture funds. This service is offered when the Limited Partners (LP's) no longer desire to pay a normal management fee to the General Partner (GP) of what has basically become a “stub-end” fund. When this occurs, the FCG Venture Partners service allows a GP to focus investment attention on more active funds at a traditional fee level, while allowing the LP's continued access to fund management at a fee level that is less than traditional venture capital funds normally charge.
